  2. This diskette contains some sample Windows 3.1 Screen Savers, intended to 
  3. demonstrate the manner in which Rhode Island Soft Systems, Inc. can create a
  4. customized screen saver with any logo, whether a small one, or a full-screen
  5. shot.  It should be noted that RISS has developed over 30 different modules in
  6. various complexities, many with more impressive artwork and animation.  These
  7. are intended only as a demonstrative example.

  9. Also included on this diskette is a .BMP bitmap image that demonstrates a
  10. custom TrueType Font developed by Rhode Island Soft Systems, Inc.  RISS can
  11. take anyone's signature and/or initials and create a custom, scalable TrueType
  12. font that can be inserted into any file or document that accepts TrueType
  13. fonts.  In this fashion, managers, for example, can easily create form letters 
  14. that do not have to be invidually signed, and so forth.  Never cut & paste
  15. signature again!

  17. To try the sample screen saver modules, simply copy the *.SCR files into the
  18. windows directory (usually C:\WINDOWS ).

  20. To view the sample signature, use an application such as PaintBrush (which 
  21. comes with windows) to load the FONTSIG.BMP image.  Any image editor that
  22. supports .BMP files will suffice.
